15th annual BCMF will feature a group of extraordinary guest artists. It will also include some of the past stars of BCMF collaborating in a variety of chamber ensembles, rehearsing over the week, and culminating in two concerts.

15th BCMF will feature thrilling chamber works by Beethoven and a guitar quartet piece by mysterious and iconic Italian virtuoso Niccolò Paganini. BCMF has also teamed up with WSU’s Browning Presents with a special focus on the Grand Finale. This BCMF’s performance will feature guest artists in some of the most exciting chamber music for strings:  The compositions will include Spanish inspired “Fandango” by Boccherini for guitar and string quartet, and "Spanish" inspired pieces for solo guitar. The festival will conclude with a monumental piece “Souvenir de Florence’ for string sextet by Russian composer P. I. Tchaikovsky (which he wrote in Florence, Italy in 1890).

“This was chamber music of the highest order. . .[and] proves that Uzur’s brainchild has the makings of a great addition to the Beehive State’s festival scene.” (Ed Reichel, Deseret Morning News)

"To hear Beethoven’s music performed live, by seasoned musicians, is to understand why it stands the test of time — fire and fury and delicacy in turns, it’s all there waiting to be discovered by such capable hands. The audience gave this piece a standing ovation, and rightfully so….It was satisfying to see the seats nearly all filled in the Browning Center’s Allred Theater... (Linda East Brady, Standard Examiner)
