Download videos from the academy. The camera being used didn't record sound so there is none.
Users can either click on a video to open it up in a pop up window and have it automatically play- providing you already have QuickTime installed (click here if you need it) or right click and select "save target as" and save it to your desktop or wherever you want it. If the pop up won't show, you might have to disable your pop up blocking software.
