Consultation may include assistance with the following:

Needs Assessment – Analyze your business to assess strengths, weaknesses and opportunities.

Business PlanningAn excellent tool to help you set a roadmap for your business. Lenders will request to see a business plan, but they are also a valuable to help you operate your business day to day.

Market Research and Marketing Strategy – Investigate markets for your product or service, evaluate the competition and develop a marketing strategy.

Financial Analysis – Evaluate your company’s past and present financial health and position. Enhance your skills in basic accounting, control and record keeping practices.

Financial Projections and Cash Flow Analysis – A critical element of the business plan or an on-going practice in budgeting, preparing financial forecasts help you manage profitability and determine the cash you need to operate your business,

Funding – Understand the criteria evaluated by lenders and investors, identify the most likely sources of funding and plan for future funding needs.

Business Valuation – Determine value of a business for use in buying or selling a company.

Strategic Planning – Determine where you want your business to go, and how to get there through effective decision making.

Management Issues – Examine your company policies and procedures, management and organization.

Information Technology – Computerize your accounting system and use the Internet to build a competitive advantage.
