“I visited Weber State as a high school senior and fell in love with the
mountains, campus, people and coaches. There was the added bonus of Weber’s great academic program. One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned in life is that education is a process that never stops. I may have reached the pinnacle of my childhood dreams, but I’ve never stopped dreaming.
These days, it’s all about giving back. It’s important to share my experiences with the high school kids I coach and help them develop their skills. I see the direct benefits kids get from playing sports — everything from exercise to discipline to learning how to be part of a team.”
