From 1940 to 1952, Weber College leased the old Weber County Courthouse on 24th Street to use as a college dormitory ... for $1 a year. Those days are long gone. Providing programs, services and facilities that prepare today's increasingly diverse student population for rewarding careers and meaningful lives is expensive.
